I apologise for projecting my self shipping goggles, but I saw this really heart wrenching Lumity fan comic that does a what if between Luz and Amity following the events post Thanks to Them/S3 and it got me thinking for an idea for my self ship...

It got me thinking of a head canon notion for my self-ship, particularly in relation to the canon ending to Duel Monsters and Darkside of Dimensions movie (for those who are unaware, my comfort character is Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh!). - which you may want to skip or scroll past if it's something you're not interested in, but for those that do, thank you for reading! - For those who have not seen the original series, I won't give you any spoilers for the manga/anime itself, but just know that these pages are where I imagine/picture what might happen after the events of the original series/canon, and my god this comic got me sobbing! (for the Yugioh fanbase ifykyk)🥲😢😭😭😭 I'm definitely gonna draw/animate this because this got me inspired and feeling things....

Concept: Hero/Love-Interest/Villain polycule (with ‘villain’ being interchangeable with ‘antagonist’, ‘jerk’, ‘bully’, etc.) that isn’t really much of a polycule.

It’s really just the villain trying really hard to pretend they aren’t SUPRR attracted to the hero and love-interest and said hero and love-interest messing with said villain via both teasing them, flirting with them, having sex with them, etc.

And yes, this could develop into an actual polycule via ‘Oops we all caught feelings’, which leads to redemption.

But personally I think the ‘enemies with benefits’ option is more fun. XD

Like oh you insist on being a jerk and general nuisance? How about when the protag and LI bat their eyes at you or just pin you to the wall?

Or maybe it’s just the villainess who’s plans keep getting foiled because the heroic GFs just keep seducing her for a threesome.
